Melanie & Meyer

engagement session

This session will warm your heart with the bold fall colors and the laugher they shared. You can't miss the beach serenade at the end!

Melanie and Meyer first met at an Iowa State party but ran into each other later at HyVee. Meyer was buying ice cream and beer and Melanie was picking up ingredients for chocolate chip cookies. Meyer would later admit that he hates chocolate.

The pair love tent camping, hunting, and loving on their beautiful fur baby Ginny.

Ginny had to join us for their engagement session and she might have had the best time out of all of us. Melanie and Meyer showered her in leaves and chased her around. 

Their session ended in the most intimate romantic serenade on the beach. Meyer pulled out his guitar as they settled on to the picnic blanket. Melanie joked about putting her ring on the pizza so we HAD  to try that.

Meyer sang country songs about love to Melanie as they sat and enjoyed some pizza and wine. A perfect date.
