Melanie and Meyer got married on a Christmas tree farm in early May. It was a day I'll never forget because from start to finish you could say it was "perfect". Even the weather must have known the expectations because it was a beautiful warm day with the bluest sky that made their wedding colors look amazing!

The Bohns share this unique skill of making you feel welcome. It was obvious in the fact that every single person there was ready to help them, celebrate them, and just be there to share in their joy. They have build a circle of friends that are as energetic and caring as they are.

From heartfelt vows, to cigar breaks, to karaoke, the vibrant energy of this was contagious.

After Melanie's touching dance with her father and Meyer's polka with his mother, the dance floor broke out in full force. I was on my way to say goodbye at the end of the night when the couple's honeymoon betting was announced. At the entrance to the venue the couple had placed three boxes for friends and family to vote on where they would honeymoon. The box with the most cash would be announced at the end of the night.

I don't even remember which one won because the second that was announced, they made a beeline for each other and jumped into each other's arms. The last photo I took that night was their joyful embrace.
