I've had the pleasure of knowing Aurora her whole life which made this cake smash session even more special. Aurora was pretty pumped about her outfit and was all eyes for the camera. Until..

Mom brough out the cake!

After eyeing the delivery, Aurora dove right into the frosting. Hand over hand she sampled the sweet goodness. She didn't have much interest in the cake itself. 

In true Aurora style she ended the shoot with a series of poses no one saw coming.

My personal favorite is the one-handed slide plank while simultaneously spreading frosting all over her face. 

When she gave of the double eye rub we knew out time was done. Dad had one more surprise left and helped her dive into the cake.

Aurora slept on the way home.
